This notice explains how TENDERSMART Ltd (“we”) uses personal data collected through tendersmart.ai. We are the data controller. Registered in England and Wales, company number 17292682, registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Contact: hello@tendersmart.ai.

What we collect

When you register interest, we collect your name, work email, organisation, whether you are a business, a bid writer or an investor or partner, and any answer you give to the follow-up question. We also record that you gave consent and when.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Why we use it

• To respond to your interest and contact you about TENDERSMART®, including early access.
• To understand who is interested so we can plan the platform and its launch.

Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

Who processes it

We store and manage enquiries in our customer relationship management system, GoHighLevel, operated for us under a data processing agreement. The website is hosted by Vercel. These providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer or partner, or ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to withdraw consent. Email hello@tendersmart.ai. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
